Make-up Opportunities
Students, remember, you have a number of options if you have missed class. You may 1) Read, summarize, and give your own thoughts on the current lesson. 2) You may watch a short video clip, create a storyboard, and verbally explain its importance to me, or 3) You may create an interview with another student (even outside our class) that demonstrates your understanding of this lesson or unit.
I will post video clip links that you may use as part of your make-up work.
Also, don't forget, if you travel to or through an historically important location, you may submit a journal, a personally created piece of art, or a recorded interview with an individual related to that location (park ranger, guide....etc,) This assignment may replace any lesson throughout the year.

Looking Forward to High School
High School Tips
I know some of you are nervous about High School, please don't be. Yes, you'll be the small kid on the block, but there are so many ways to jump right in and enjoy high school. If you hit any roadblocks, stop by and see my friends, Mr. Gilmore and Mr. Parker; they would welcome you at anytime.
